To research the dynamic response of erected process for missile launcher under the full tire supporting conditions, the cosimulation model was established by using ADAMS/Simulink/AMESim software. Multibody dynamics model with ADAMS, hydropneumatic suspension model and telescopic fourstage cylinder model with AMESim, control strategy and cosimulation platform with Simulink were built based on cosimulation technology. The results show that the fourstage cylinder can be extended one after another and there are obvious vibration when the hydrocylinder is started, changed level or stopped. The interconnected hydropneumatic suspension can effectively distribute different axle loads and keep the launcher car balance. The force that cylinder applies to arm changes from thrust to tension when the missile reaches a certain position.
