    摘要:

    为研究油气悬架发射车在全轮支撑状态下导弹起竖时的动力学特性,采用了基于ADAMS/Simulink/AMESim的联合仿真方法。建立了ADAMS发射车的虚拟样机模型、AMESim油气悬架系统模型和四级起竖液压缸模型,设计了Simulink起竖模型的控制策略,并以Simulink为平台,通过各软件的联合仿真接口实现了联合仿真研究。仿真结果表明:随着导弹起竖过程的进行,各级油缸能够依次伸出,在启动、换级、停止时产生较大的冲击;连通式油气悬架相比于独立式油气悬架能更好的分配各轴载荷,保持车体平衡姿态;起竖到某个位置时,油缸对起竖臂的力由推力变为拉力。

    Abstract:

    To research the dynamic response of erected process for missile launcher under the full tire supporting conditions, the cosimulation model was established by using ADAMS/Simulink/AMESim software. Multibody dynamics model with ADAMS, hydropneumatic suspension model and telescopic fourstage cylinder model with AMESim, control strategy and cosimulation platform with Simulink were built based on cosimulation technology. The results show that the fourstage cylinder can be extended one after another and there are obvious vibration when the hydrocylinder is started, changed level or stopped. The interconnected hydropneumatic suspension can effectively distribute different axle loads and keep the launcher car balance. The force that cylinder applies to arm changes from thrust to tension when the missile reaches a certain position.
