    摘要:

    舵机控制系统性能的优劣直接影响飞行器的飞行姿态与轨迹控制精度。介绍了一种直驱式电液伺服舵机控制系统的工作原理和结构组成特点,并基于AMESim平台对其进行了建模和仿真分析。为了满足控制系统动态响应及位置误差的要求,提出单一神经元自适应PID控制方法。仿真结果表明:该直驱式电液伺服舵机正反向运动性能稳定、响应速度快,稳态误差较小,能够满足飞行器舵机性能指标要求。

    Abstract:

    The performance of servo control system directly affects the flight attitude and trajectory control accuracy of aircraft. The principle and structure characteristics of the direct drive electrohydraulic servo helm control system were introduced, and its modeling and simulation analysis were completed based on the AMESim platform。In order to meet the requirements of the dynamic response of the control system and the position error, a method of single neuron adaptive PID control was proposed. The simulation results show that the forward and reverse movemen performances of the electrohydraulic servo helm are stable, the response fast and the error is small, it can meet the requirements of the aircraft helms performance.
