The working principle of the rotating hydraulic system of full hydraulic rigs against outburst was analyzed. The simulation model was built through AMESim and the dynamic simulation analysis was completed.Then the motor inlet pressure response curves under different load were gained,and the simulation results’ correctness was validated through site test.The motor output speed curves and inlet pressure under different equivalent viscosity damping coefficients were gotten through the analysis of the system′s dynamic property.The test and simulation results show that the hydraulic system under different loads has better dynamic characteristics and strong load adaptability.
