    摘要:

    介绍了一种集成式机液伺服液压缸的结构及工作原理,建立了集成式机液伺服缸的数学模型,对系统的动态特性进行了仿真研究。改变阀正开口量、面积梯度、阻尼孔直径和负载质量参数,分析其对系统动态特性的影响,优化系统参数,获得了良好的动态特性。

    Abstract:

    The work principle and structure of integrated machine hydraulic servo cylinder were introduced. The mathematical model of machine hydraulic servo cylinder was established and the dynamic characteristics were researched. By changing the opening size of open center servo valve, the area gradient of servo valve port, damper orifice diameter and load quality parameters, the influence of dynamic characteristics of the system was analyzed, the parameters of the system was optimized, good dynamic characteristics was obtained.
