Abstract:In view of the tapered circular groove processing of air compressor air valve cover, if the traditional processing technology is used, the selected cutter diameter is small, processing efficiency is low, production cost is high, and the surface quality is poor. By improving the processing technology and method, and using special tapered endmill processing, machining efficiency was increased by 30%, and the tooling cost was reduced by 70%. The surface quality was improved greatly. It provides reference for the setting of processing technology of similar parts.
