    摘要:

    制造系统的自动化、智能化要求对传统的加工设备进行数控化改造升级。PC+运动控制卡的结构型式已成为普遍采用的结构。开发了一个基于PC和运动控制卡的数控雕铣教学实验系统,具有运动控制卡参数设定、雕铣系统相关参数设定、坐标映射、译码、词法和语法检查、刀具轨迹动态显示等功能,系统具有较高的通用性、易操作性和可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The Automation and Intelligence of Manufacturing System require the traditional processing equipment to have an upgrade and innovation of numerical control. The structure of PC+ Motion Control Card has become a widely used structure form. A numerical control (NC) carving & milling teaching and experiment system based on PC and motor control card was developed. The main functions of parameter setting of motor control card, system options setting of the NC system, the coordination mapping, G code translation, word and grammar checking and the dynamic display of Tool cutting route were provided by it. The system has quite high generality, easy of operation and reliability.
