    摘要:

    缩短产品设计周期,降低成本对于提高企业快速反映市场的能力必不可少。通过对不同变形技术的分析,提出了将两种变形方法和反求建模相结合的再设计方法,即首先将光学扫描后的点云数据导入到Geomagic studio系统中进行修复和曲面重构,然后将重构之后的模型导入到ThinkDesign和Freeform中进行再设计,最后将得到的STL模型用于3D打印,并以实际案例表述了整个过程。

    Abstract:

    Shortening product design cycles and reducing the costs of products are essential to improve the ability of rapid reflection of the market of enterprises. Through the analysis of different deformation techniques, the redesign method of reverse modeling integrated with two deformation methods was proposed. Firstly, the point cloud data obtained from optical scanning were introduced and processed in Geomagic studio system for fixing and reconstruction of curved surfaces, then the model obtained after reconstruction was introduced and redesigned in Thinkdesign and FreeForm. Finally the obtained STL model will be used for three dimensional (3D) printing, and the practical case example expresses the entire process.
