    作为一种新型制孔工艺,螺旋铣孔能有效地减小碳纤维复合材料轴向力并改善其加工质量。因此,准确预测碳纤维复合材料螺旋铣孔过程中切削力的大小,有助于合理选择切削参数以及减小加工缺陷的产生。对碳纤维复合材料进行螺旋铣孔试验研究,得到不同切削参数下的切削力以及加工质量。利用线性回归分析,推导出轴向力和平面切削力经验公式。然后,通过对孔质量观察,发现入口和出口处均没有明显的撕裂现象,主要加工缺陷是入口毛刺,最后,探讨切削参数对入口毛刺的影响。

    Abstract:

    As a new type holemaking process, helical hole milling can effectively reduce the thrust force and improve the quality when machining of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics (CFRP). Therefore, accurate prediction of the cutting force during helical milling of CFRP could be helpful to select the cutting parameters reasonably and reduce the processing defect. Helical milling experimental study was carried out to obtain cutting force and machining quality under different cutting parameters. The empirical formula of thrust force and plane cutting force were derived by using linear regression analysis. Then, after observing the quality of holes, it is found that there were not significant tearing at both the entrance and the export of holes, and the main defect in helical milling of CFRP is the entrance burr. At last, the effect of cutting parameters on the entrance burr is investigated.
