    摘要:

    设计一种湿法研磨微细颗粒物料的砂磨机,由搅拌磨碎机构、冷却循环系统、物料输送系统三部分组成,转子及其棒销采用整体铸造结构,加工成本低,锥形棒销提高抗弯强度;缸筒和缸套之间的环形空间形成缸筒冷却水通道,分别与进水管和回水管连通;空心主轴、内水管、管接头与转子内腔形成转子冷却水通道,双重冷却效果好;壳套固定在缸筒上,转动手柄螺母,其螺纹与活塞上的外螺纹相互作用,推动活塞轴向移动,用以调节砂磨机工作容积和工作压力。

    Abstract:

    A wet grinding sanding machine for fine granular material was designed. It consisted of three parts, including stirring grated agencies, cooling system, material handling system. Rotor and its rod pin were whole cast structure with low cost, conical rod pin improved bending strength. Annular space between the cylinder and the cylinder liner formed cylinder cooling water channel, connected with inlet pipe and return pipe respectively. Hollow spindle, inner pipe, pipe joint and rotor cavity formed rotor cooling water channel, so double cooling effect was good. Shell was fixed to the cylinder; turning the handle nut, interaction between the thread and the external thread on the piston forced the pistons to move axially, to adjust the working volume and pressure of grinding sanding machine.
