    摘要:

    为了对电火花加工工艺进行绿色性综合评价,在5个绿色制造目标特性的基础上建立了面向绿色制造电火花加工工艺综合评价指标体系,考虑到电火花加工工艺综合评价指标之间的相互影响关系,提出了一种适用于面向绿色制造的电火花加工工艺综合评价方法DEMATELTOPSIS法,通过建立面向绿色制造的电火花加工工艺综合评价模型,并应用案例对绿色电火花加工工艺方案进行排序得到最优方案,验证了该模型的可行性,为电火花加工工艺综合评价提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to carry out the technical green evaluation of the electrical discharge machining(EDM), on the basis of the five target characteristics on green manufacturing, a comprehensive evaluation of EDM technology for green manufacturing index system was established. By taking into account the mutual influence relationship between index of comprehensive evaluation process of EDM, the DEMATELTOPSIS method was proposed for EDM for green manufacturing process evaluation method. Through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model EDM process for green manufacturing, and applications of EDM cases, the green technology programs were sorted for the optimal solution. The feasibility of the model provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive evaluation of EDM green manufacturing.
