    摘要:

    被称为人类“入地望远镜”的科学钻探是人类解决发展过程中一系列能源、资源、环境问题的重要途径。现有顶驱主要是为了满足石油钻井的需求而设计的,顶驱的转速不能满足深部勘探一机多用的要求,需要设计能满足更深地层回转钻进需要的液压顶驱。确定了液压顶驱液压系统的总体方案,阐述了其工作原理,绘制了液压原理图。

    Abstract:

    Scientific drilling is called mans “Underground Telescope”. Its an important way solve a series of energy, resources, environmental problems during the development process. Topdrive is designed to meet the demand of petroleum drill. Existing topdrive can’t afford enough speed for multipurpose deep exploration. It’s need to design rotary drill for deep stratum to meet demand. The general planning of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic top drive system was determined. Its working principle was discussed and its hydraulic schematic diagram was drawn.
