Abstract:In order to understand influencing laws of residual stress by MQL turning of stainless steel,there was a orthogonal experiment of four factors and three levels.Cutting speed,cutting depth,feed rate and cutting fluids were influencing factors,and machined residual stress was experimental result.The result shows that machined residual stress is generally tensile stress in MQL turning of stainless steel.Cutting speed,cutting fluid type,cutting depth of feed rate impact on residual stress in descending order,of which the first two has a greater impact,and machined residual stress increases with cutting speed increase.Affecting in residual stress by single factor is not significant,but there is a greater impact effect by multifactor joint regulation.
