    摘要:

    针对模具的磨损问题,介绍了模具的磨料磨损机理,详细讨论了Archard磨损模型。建立了基于磨损计算的反挤压三维有限元模型并进行计算,得到不同初始硬度凸模的最大磨损深度规律。结果表明:模具最大磨损深度随模具材料的初始硬度升高具有下降的趋势,在变形区和速度稳定的条件下,模具的最大磨损深度和初始硬度函数(1/H2)成正比关系。

    Abstract:

    Based on mould wear and tear, mechanism of mould abrasion wear was introduced and the Archard’s model was discussed detailedly. The three-dimensional FEM model of backward extrusion process was conducted and the distribution of wear was obtained with different primary mould hardness. The results indicate that higher hardness of the punch shows better wear resistant performance. The maximum wearing depth is direct proportion to that hardness function (1/H2).
