    摘要:

    复杂曲面零件检测过程中的测点布局规划方法是影响曲面检测效率的关键因素之一。介绍曲面测量的截面线法,基于三角网格模型的文件格式,提出基于中点偏移抛物线法的触测点生成方法,在此基础上采用非均匀B样条曲线的反求插值法求取截面线,进而采用弦高法进行测点自适应规划。以Visual C++ 60为开发工具,实现了复杂曲面测点的自适应规划。

    Abstract:

    The measured point planning of complex surfaces is one of the most crucial factors influencing the inspection efficiency. The principle of the section line method was introduced. The creation method of touch measured points was proposed based on midpoint offset parabolic intersection using triangular mesh models. Then the nonuniform Bspline curve was used to obtain the section lines. The method of chord deviation was used to obtain measured points with adaptive distribution. The measured point planning for complex surfaces was realized by taking Visual C ++ 6.0 as the development tool.
