    摘要:

    针对海洋石油开采过程中,水下油气设施泄漏事故的应急救援需求,提出了水下井口油气泄漏救援技术的总体方案,并对该方案的核心部分“控油装置”进行了系统研究。为了保证回收效率及回收率,对控油装置扣住漏油点的内部流场进行了流场分析,并对其在海底沉降量进行了数值模拟及理论分析;为确保控油装置结构强度和刚度等适用于下放及控油的工作环境,对控油装置吊装下放过程进行了强度分析。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the process of marine petroleum exploitation and the demand for meeting an emergency of leakage accident of underwater oil gas facilities, the overall scheme of underwater oil gas facilities leakage rescue technology was proposed. The most important part of the scheme “Containment device” was analyzed systematically. In order to ensure recovery efficiency and recovery rate, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis of internal flow field of oil leakage points fastened by the containment device and on the seabed subsidence rate were carried out. In order to ensure the structure strength and stiffness of containment device suitably applying to the “Containment device” in the dropping conditions, the dropping process of the whole structure and key bearing structure strength are analyzed.
