    摘要:

    针对飞机舵机电液加载系统变刚度加载过程中无法实现连续加载的问题,提出了基于橡胶缓冲弹簧的系统结构。根据系统的工作原理,设计了橡胶缓冲弹簧的几何形状和结构尺寸。采用ANSYS软件建立了橡胶缓冲弹簧的有限元模型,并分析了橡胶缓冲弹簧的应力、应变、振动和刚度性能。研究结果表明该橡胶缓冲弹簧完全能够达到系统技术性能指标的要求,具有较高的工程实践价值。

    Abstract:

    The system structure with rubber buffer spring was proposed for solving the problem that the aircraft rudder electrohydraulic loading system unable to achieve continuous loading in the case of variable stiffness. The geometric shape and structure size of rubber buffer spring was designed according to the working principle of the system. The finite element model (FEM) of the rubber buffer spring was established through using the ANSYS software, and its stress, strain, vibration and stiffness performance were analyzed. The research results show that the rubber buffer spring not only can completely meet the requirements of technical performance index of system, but also has quite high engineering practical value.
