    摘要:

    采用一种实验用挖掘机平台来分析其液压故障,介绍了基于Tee的参数测量方法,通过分析参数快速有效地解决其在工作过程中出现的液压故障问题,为生产带来极大的方便。同时,利用SOLIDWORKS2012软件设计可视化平台,仿真模拟出挖掘机运动过程,具有一定的应用及推广价值。

    Abstract:

    An experiment with a platform was adopted to analyze the hydraulic excavator fault, and a measuring method of parameters was introduced based on Tee. By analyzing the parameters, the problem of hydraulic fault which appeared in the work process was quickly and effectively solved, which brought great convenience for production. At the same time, the SOLIDWORKS2012 software was used to design visualization platform. It simulates the process of excavator movement, and has certain value of application and popularization.
