    摘要:

    针对油泵电机在金刚石六面顶压机加压系统中的应用,分析了其常见的故障特征及原因,完成了基于STM32微处理器的电机保护装置的设计。设计了硬件电路,并采用全波积分的采样算法,特别针对电机频繁启动的特点建立故障识别策略,实现了堵转、过载、缺相及相位不平衡等电机故障保护及报警。故障状态下手动复位,并通过I/O模块及RS485通讯模块,将电机运行信息传送给压机控制系统,为金刚石合成工艺监控及故障排查提供了条件。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the application of pump motor in the pressurization system of diamond cubic press, the design of motor protector device is completed based on STM32 microprocessor with the characteristics of common faults and reasons being analyzed. The hardware circuits were designed, the fullwave integral sampling algorithm was adopted, and the establishment of fault identification strategy was established especially aimed for motor starting frequently, so as to achieve following functions of the device, such as block up protection, overload protection, lacked phase protection, phase imbalanced protection and so on. Manual reset was needed under the faulty condition. The motor working information was sent to the press control system through the I/O modules and RS485 communication modules. It can provide qualifications to the diamond synthesis monitoring control and troubleshooting.
