According to the need of emergency repair technologies and equipments for the deep ocean engineering, a sealed plugging method of deepwater pipeline occluder device was proposed. First the anchor locking manner widely used in the marine engineering areas was introduced at home and abroad, then the anchoring mechanism was designed, and the anchoring thread tooth was emphatically analyzed and projected. The thread tooth was checked and analyzed contact with ANSYS, finally a contact model was built which caused by single thread tooth of the anchor block and the pipeline inwall. The theoretical analysis is carried on by using the Hertz contact theory and the theory when the surface of semiinfinite body bore normal concentrated force.
