    摘要:

    介绍风机高效运行控制系统的基本构成、软硬件设计方法。建立风机高效运行控制模型,并选择风机的调速方法。构建基于高压变频器和LabVIEW的风机控制系统,主要由风机变频调速系统和数据采集及状态监测系统组成。该系统运行效率高、节能效果好、性能可靠,对风机安全运行和节能降耗有重要作用。

    Abstract:

    The basic configuration, software and hardware design methods of fan high efficiency operation control system were introduced. High efficiency operation control model of the fan was built, and speed control methods of the fan were selected. Fan control system based on frequency converter and LabVIEW was built. This system was mainly composed of frequency converter system and data acquisition and condition monitoring system. The system had the following advantages: highefficiency, energysaving, reliable performance. The development of the system is very importance to safety performance and energysaving and costreducing of fans.
