    摘要:

    针对目前国内道路运输中存在的货车超载超限问题,设计了货车传动轴转矩实时监测系统,搭建了测试试验平台,研究了货运车辆在水泥、干燥泥沙路面上起动时,传动轴转矩与车辆载质量间的相关关系。试验结果表明:同一路面条件下车辆模型起步转矩与载质量呈线性关系;通过监测传动轴输出扭矩可以检测出货车载质量。研究结果为解决货车超载超限测试与监控问题提供一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the present situation of truck overloading in transport on domestic road, a realtime monitoring system for transmission shaft torque was designed, and a test platform was built. The relationships between truck output shaft torque and the truck load during the process of starting were investigated on 2 different roads, cement road, dry sand road, respectively. Some experimental results were obtained. The starting torque and the load have a linear relationship between them. This test system can detect truck load by monitoring the output torque of the transmission shaft. The results provide certain reference for solving the problem of truck overloading testing and controlling.
