    摘要:

    分析石油管螺纹截面特性后应用激光三角法对螺纹型面信息进行采集,首先用标准差阈值判断法去除测量数据中的跳跃点,再通过判断数据一阶导数值变化对数据点云进行分段,最后使用断点连续最小二乘法对分段数据进行拟合得到连续光滑的螺纹截面廓形。该项研究为实现螺纹自动检测和螺纹自动修复加工奠定了理论基础,具有重要的工程实际意义。〖JP〗

    Abstract:

    After analyzing the section properties of petroleum pipe thread, its surface information was collected based on laser triangulation method. First the jump point of measured data was removed by standard deviation threshold judgment method. Then though judging the changes of the first derivative values, point cloud data was divided into segments. Finally breakpoints consecutive least square method was used for each segment of data fitting so as to get a continuous smooth thread section profile. The study has laid the theoretical foundation for the automatic thread detection and repair, also has important practical engineering significance. 
