    摘要:

    日趋激烈的汽车市场竞争环境,对汽车产品的设计开发周期、制造成本等方面提出了更高的要求,数字化工厂作为衔接产品设计开发与制造的桥梁,起到了关键性的作用。根据气动焊枪工作原理,在Tecnomatix中建立相应的杆件并定义运动副,通过对焊枪机构的运动学分析获得了函数表达式,并按照仿真函数格式要求,基于VBA开发了函数生成程序,实现了焊枪的运动学仿真。

    Abstract:

    Now the automobile market is in the increasingly fierce competitive environment, which put forward higher request to the automobile product design and development cycle, production cost. As a bridge between the product design and development and manufacturing, digital factory plays a key role. Based on the analysis of structure of air gun, corresponding links were established in Tecnomatix. Kinematic joints among the links were defined. Through kinematic analysis, the functions of each joint were obtained. A program for generating kinematic functions was developed based on VBA. In the end, the kinematics simulation of the welding gun was achieved.
