    摘要:

    CDIO工程教育是培养创新精神、动手实践能力的一种先进教育理念。通过改进现有垂直轴风力机发电模式,将CDIO教育理念运用于液压传动和机电信息检测教学与实践中,创新性地提出了塔架式多级高效垂直轴风力发电模型。在此基础上,利用电动机代替风轮,搭建了基于液压传动与控制的风力机高效发电虚拟教学实验平台,可以测试多种参数,满足了实验教学要求。该教学平台的建立,有效地提高了学生对液压传动和多传感器信号采集知识的认识和理解。

    Abstract:

    The engineering education based on CDIO is an advanced education idea, which can cultivate innovative spirit and improve practical ability. By improving the existing verticalaxis winddriven generatior system, the multilevel tower type power generation model of high efficiency was proposed with innovation by using the CDIO education idea in teaching and practice of test of mechatronics information and hydraulic drive. Based on it, the high efficient virtual teaching experiment platform was developed by substituting motor for the wind wheel based on the winddriven generator of hydraulic drive and control, which could test some parameters and met the requirements of experimental teaching. The built teaching platform effectively enhances the understanding and cognition of knowledge of hydraulic drive and multisensor signal acquisition.
