    摘要:

    介绍一种柔性加工中心单元工件自动识别及自动加工技术。通过该结构,系统能够自动识别工件,并自动调用相应程序进行加工。该结构自动化程度高,在提高效率的同时,能够避免人工出错。由于激光精度高、稳定性好,可适应较多工件数量的识别。此系统结构简单,易于实现,可靠性高。

    Abstract:

    A kind of automatic workpiece identification and automatic processing technique for flexible machining center unit was introduced. Through this structure, the workpiece could be automatically identified and corresponding procedures processing was automatically called. This structure had high automation level and high efficiency, artificial error could be avoided. Because laser had high accuracy and good stability, this structure could be adapted to recognize more workpieces. This structure has the features: simple structure, easy to be realized, high reliability etc.
