    摘要:

    主要针对某新型单向阀进行超高压条件下的流场计算机仿真,分析其工作过程中的压力、流量、噪声以及阀芯(下阀盘)的受力情况,与现有阀、俄罗斯阀对应参数进行对比,分析了3种不同结构的优劣,并通过实际工程应用验证了仿真结果的正确性。

    Abstract:

    The numerical simulation analysis for the flow field of a novel oneway valve under high pressure was carried. The pressure, flow, noise in the working process and its behavior of the valve(valve plate) were analyzed. Comparing with corresponding parameters of the existing valve and valve for Russia, the quality of three different structures were analyzed. Then the practical engineering application verified the correctness of the analysis results.
