Abstract:In view of complex injection mould structure, expensive cost, low efficiency and size precision of injection mould for automobile engine cylinder cover, the designed mould had one mould and two cavities layout. In the structure, the lateral bending pin corepulling mechanism was adopted to instead of hydraulic corepulling mechanism; large and small inclined guide rods could not only form plastic’s local shape, but also do ejecting mechanism; the wear resistant block was antiwear and convenient for replacement.The results show that injection mould for automobile engine cylinder cover has a simple structure, convenient maintenance. It reduces the cost of largescale injection mould, increases the service life of largescale mould, improves the productivity, and ensures the quality of the product.
