永磁同步电主轴临界转速计算

The damped critical speeds of rotorbearing systems is a very significant parameter in the design of permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle (PMSMS). A calculation method of damped critical speeds of anisotropic supporting rotorbearing system was presented, which was transfer matrix adding time factor. The algorithm was solved by shifted QR algorithm. An analytical model of the PMSMS systems was established by VB and ANSYS commercial software to calculate the critical speed. And the calculation results were analyzed in comparison. The results show that this method has high accuracy.

    摘要:

    转子的临界转速是永磁同步电主轴转子设计中的一个重要参数,提出了一种计算各向异性支承转子系统的临界转速的方法,即加时间因子的传递矩阵法。该方法利用双重步QR法进行求解,建立了永磁同步电主轴转子的解析计算模型,分别运用VB和ANSYS工程软件进行了临界转速计算,并对计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:该方法计算精度高。

    Abstract:

    The damped critical speeds of rotorbearing systems is a very significant parameter in the design of permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle (PMSMS).
