The critical characteristic of structure design of a new pattern proportional speed regulating valve was introduced. To study the micro thermal adaptability and flowrate characteristic of the valve, theory analysis, data calculation and fluid simulation methods were adopted to design and optimize the structure and parameters. Simulation and experimentation results prove this new pattern proportional valve behaves excellent flow and pressure stability both in normal and low temperature circumstance. This valve also takes on the characteristic of highcompositive and structurecompacted.
