    摘要:

    结合机床的具体参数,阐述了全流量补偿数学模型的简化过程。通过位移传感器测量因负载、温度变化导致的油膜厚度差异,应用PLC控制技术调整变频器频率,修正伺服电机的转速,对大型立式车床静压导轨的油膜厚度进行精确补偿,提高其定位精度。

    Abstract:

    Combining with the specific parameters of the machine, the simplified mathematical model of the full flow compensation was elaborated. The displacement sensor was used to measure the oil film thickness differences due to variations of temperature and load. PLC control technology was used to adjust the frequency of the inverter, the rotation speed of the servo motor was corrected, so the oil film thickness of the large vertical lathe hydrostatic guideway was compensated precisely,then its positioning accuracy was improved.
