    摘要:

    在曲面加工中,刀具路径是影响切削效率和加工质量的关键因素之一,刀具路径是否合理至关重要。结合上气盖的加工工艺,对PowerMILL软件生成的刀具路径进行研究,发现在加工过程中有抬刀过多、陡峭的部分有尖角存在及刀路分布不均匀的情况,这严重影响了零件加工效率和表面质量。针对这一问题,提出刀具路径的优化方案,提高产品加工效率和表面质量,对实际生产有一定的借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    In surface machining, the tool path is one of the key factors affecting the machining efficiency and quality, whether the tool path is reasonable is very important. Combining with the process of gas cap, the tool path generated by PowerMILL software was studied. It was found that in the processing process, too much lifting cutter, pointed tool path existing in steep part, uneven tool path distribution seriously affected the parts machining efficiency and surface quality. To solve this problem, optimization scheme of tool path was put forward, products processing efficiency and surface quality were improved. It has certain reference significance to actual production.
