    摘要:

    基于液压缸缓冲套的工作原理,提出了一种封闭式多孔形液压缓冲缸。活塞在运行过程中通过不断改变缸套总节流面积,使得速度快速平稳下降,从而起到缓冲作用。并建立了数学仿真模型,用AMESim软件对缓冲缸工作过程进行了仿真,得出了活塞的位移和速度曲线,以及缓冲腔的压力曲线。仿真结果证明了该缓冲缸能很好地满足实际应用要求。

    Abstract:

    A kind of porous closed hydraulic buffer was proposed based on work principle of hydraulic buffer sets. The speed of the piston was declined steadily and speedily by continuously changing the total throttle area of the liner for the function of buffering in process. A mathematical simulation model of the buffer was built, and was simulated in the working process of the buffer by AMESim software to obtain pressure curves for buffer cavity,piston displacement and velocity curves. The simulation results confirme that the hydraulic buffer can very well satisfy the requirements of practical application.
