With the development of network technology and the wide application of remote control technology,robots working in dangerous environment have become a reality. By taking the bionic reconfigurable robot as a research object, the controller design philosophy was used based on integration of ARM and operating system Windows CE to carry out the controller hardware and software design. Application programs were developed. Functions were tested such as in robot video surveillance, remote control, and etc. The results show that the bionic reconfigurable robot controller can achieve a good video monitoring, remote communication between PC and the main controller, whcih achieves the expected purpose.
