Archaized floor surface texture processing characteristics were analyzed. A kind of special machine tool for archaize floor surface texture automatic processing was designed. Adopting modular design, the special machine tool was composed of a feeding mechanism, a discharging mechanism and a single mode set of processing unit. The single mode set of processing units was composed of a machine frame, transmission device, pressing device, floating platen device, bedplate device and cutting system. In the cutting system, the structure of a multitool axis was used. Through the control system to control the cutter shaft lifting and cutter scraping on the knife shaft regularly, swing no correlation, the effect of archaized texture on the wooden floor surface was achieved. The machine has the advantages of compact structure, high production efficiency,so the labor costs of enterprises can be reduced, the capacity of the enterprise can be increased.
