    摘要:

    针对某电液比例多路阀,推导了温度与压力对油液黏度和阀芯、阀体间缝隙的影响公式。基于公式及多路阀结构建立相应的Matlab仿真模型和AMESim仿真模型。仿真结果表明: 选取阀芯、阀体材料时,应使阀芯的线膨胀系数比阀体的线膨胀系数大;增加阀芯与阀体间的缝隙长度、减小偏心量及阀芯直径均对减小缝隙间泄漏有显著效果。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the electronichydraulic proportional multiway valve, the equations of impacts of temperature and pressure on the oil viscosity and the clearance between the body of valve and the valve core were deduced. Based on the equations and the structure of multiway valve, the corresponding Matlab simulation model and AMESim simulation model were built. Simulation results show that, when choosing the materials of the valve core and the body of the valve, the coefficient of linear expansion of the valve core should be bigger than that of the body of the valve. Increasing the contact length between the valve core and the body of the valve or decreasing the eccentricity and diameter of the valve core all have a significant effect on decreasing the gap leakage.
