    摘要:

    针对Kline铣削力模型变化幅度大的问题,考虑为变形切削厚度的尺寸影响、有效前角、刀具偏心对切削厚度的影响和刀具和工件倾斜的影响,建立了新的铣削力模型,对新的铣削力模型的变化规律进行仿真分析,并通过实验验证。结果表明,新的铣削力模型更接近于实际测定值,验证了该铣削力模型的正确性。

    Abstract:

    The new model of the milling force was defined by aimed to the problems the larger change amplitude of the shape which occurred in the milling force of the Kline. The following factors were considered such as the influence of the deformed cuttingthickness,the valid rage angle,the eccentricity of the tool leading to the different cuttingthickness and the tilt of the tool and the wrokpiece. The changing law of model of the new milling force was simulated and analyzed, and was testified by the experiments. The results show the new model of the milling force is closer to the actual measured value, which verifies the correctness of the model of the milling force.
