The new model of the milling force was defined by aimed to the problems the larger change amplitude of the shape which occurred in the milling force of the Kline. The following factors were considered such as the influence of the deformed cuttingthickness,the valid rage angle,the eccentricity of the tool leading to the different cuttingthickness and the tilt of the tool and the wrokpiece. The changing law of model of the new milling force was simulated and analyzed, and was testified by the experiments. The results show the new model of the milling force is closer to the actual measured value, which verifies the correctness of the model of the milling force.
