    摘要:

    以某公司生产的1253 m自升式海洋平台桩腿为具体研究对象,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了三维模型,分析了其在风暴自存工况下的应力响应,对该工况下的桩腿危险节点强度进行了校核;为研究海洋平台桩腿材料的动态力学性能和失效机制,提出了一种模拟浪溅区波浪冲击动态力学性能检测的新方法,并设计了一种实现波浪冲击动态应变检测的自动化装置,采用该装置对E690海洋平台用钢在极端冲击载荷作用下的动态应变过程进行了采集,分析了该材料的动态力学性能,验证了该材料能够满足极限工况的使用要求。

    Abstract:

    Taking the legs of 1253 m jackup platform as object, a 3D model was established with ANSYS, stress response in the survival condition of the storm was analyzed, the leg risk node strength under this condition was checked; and a new detection method of dynamic strain simulated the wave impact in the splash zone was presented to estimate the dynamic properties and failure mechanism of engineering structure material under the impacts of wave and a device was designed to achieve the automation of dynamic strain detection, dynamic strain process on the leg material of high strength steel E690 were collected with this detection in the extreme impact loading, the dynamic mechanical properties of the material was analyzed, the material can meet the requirements of the use of limit condition.
