    摘要:

    设计了一种由定量泵—变量马达组成的液压型风力发电的主传动控制系统,介绍了该系统的工作原理与特点。重点分析了液压风力发电的恒转速控制与蓄能两大关键性技术。利用AMESim软件对该系统进行了建模和动态仿真,并对仿真结果与实际情况进行了比较。结果表明:该系统是合理的,能够实现马达以1 500 r/min的转速恒定输出,提高了风力发电的效率,降低了成本。

    Abstract:

    A main drive control system of hydraulic type wind turbine was designed based on the fixeddisplacement pump/variable motor. The working principle and features of the system were introduced. Two key technologies about hydraulic transmission wind turbine were analyzed mainly, which were constant speed control and energy storage. The system dynamic simulation model was established by using AMESim software, and compared simulation results with the actual situation. The results show that the system is reasonable, and can realize the motor with speed of 1 500 r/min constantly output. The efficiency of wind power is improved, and the cost is reduced.
