A main drive control system of hydraulic type wind turbine was designed based on the fixeddisplacement pump/variable motor. The working principle and features of the system were introduced. Two key technologies about hydraulic transmission wind turbine were analyzed mainly, which were constant speed control and energy storage. The system dynamic simulation model was established by using AMESim software, and compared simulation results with the actual situation. The results show that the system is reasonable, and can realize the motor with speed of 1 500 r/min constantly output. The efficiency of wind power is improved, and the cost is reduced.
