    摘要:

    采用粒径为60 nm的纳米碳化硼通过加入分散剂使其在RO反渗透膜处理水中分散形成水基纳米流体,实验中考察了分散剂的加入对沉降稳定性的影响,制备出纳米颗粒质量分数为06%、08%、10%的3种水基纳米碳化硼流体。通过建立薄壁孔的模型,运用CFD软件的FLUENT模块对薄壁孔内的水基纳米液压液的流场进行模拟,通过CFD后处理得到速度流线图、速度矢量图、以及压力变化曲线图。模拟结果得出:当纳米颗粒质量分数为08%时,制备出的水基纳米碳化硼流体作为液压传动介质具有良好的传动性能。

    Abstract:

    The nano boron carbide particle size is 60 nm, dispersed in RO reverse osmosis membrane treatment water to form waterbased nanofluid by adding the dispersant. In experiment, the dispersant influence of sedimentation stability was investagetd, and three kinds of waterbased nano boron carbide fluid were prepared, with the mass fraction of nano particles at 06%, 08%, and 10%. By establishing a model of thinwalled hole, the waterbased nano hydraulic fluid flow field was simulated in thinwalled hole using FLUENT module of computer fluid dynamics (CFD) software, and velocity flow lines picture, velocity vector picture, and pressure variation graph were gotten by CFD postprocessing. The simulation results obtain that when the nano particle mass fraction of 08%, the prepared waterbased nano boron carbide as a hydraulic fluid transmission medium has good transmission performance.
