    摘要:

    详述了热连轧动态变规格控制过程,选择合适的控制方式,从活套高度闭环系统组成、控制原理出发,结合动态变规格过程,用前馈控制实现了半无头热连轧动态变规格恒套量控制,且进行了仿真实验并给出结果。

    Abstract:

    Flying gauge change (FGC) control in continuous hot rolling was discussed in this paper. The composition of looper height closed ring system, the control mechanism, FGC process, and control method for FGC in semi-endless continuous hot rolling were thoroughly explained as well. The simulation of above-mentioned process was conducted and the simulation results were obtained in this paper.
