    摘要:

    在飞机柔性装配工装设计制造过程中引入模块化设计技术能够极大地促进飞机柔性装配工装的发展。对模块化设计的关键技术——模块化设计流程、专用模块设计、通用模块设计和模块接口设计进行了详细的阐述,并根据壁板组件柔性装配工装、襟翼柔性装配工装等的设计实例,介绍了模块化设计在飞机柔性装配工装设计中的具体应用,以期对基于模块化的柔性装配工装设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In the process of flexible assembly tooling design and manufacturing, using the modular design technology can promote the development of aircraft assembly process equipment greatly. The key technology of modular design, namely modular design process, design of special module, universal module design and module interface design were described in detail. According to the instances of flexible assembly tooling design of wall components, the flap flexible assembly tooling, the specific applications of the modular design technology used in the aircraft flexible assembly tooling design were presented. It provides references for the modular based design of the flexible assembly tooling. 
