    摘要:

    为了提高圆柱度测量的效率和准确性,针对目前手工检测效率低等缺点,提出一种以三维激光位移传感器的测量原理为依据的光电非接触圆柱度测量方法。与传统方法相比,该方法首先搭建了以回转主轴和伺服执行机构为主的测量控制系统平台;其次,利用机械装置的相对运动,通过传感器采样测量物体各测量截面的信息,实现圆柱度误差测量。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of cylindricity measurement,in view of the current low efficiency defects of manual detection, an electrooptical noncontact method of cylindricity measurement based on measurement principle of 3D laser displacement sensor was proposed. Compared with the traditional methods,firstly a measurement and control system platform was built based on rotary spindle and servo actuator;secondly,the relative movement of mechanical devices drived sensor to sample measurements of objects at various locations of the crosssectional information to complete cylindricity error measurement.
