Abstract:The integral impeller is a key component of aircraft engines, its manufacturing technology and precision directly affect the performance of aircraft engines. The efficient CNC machining technology for an integral aviation impeller was described, including fiveaxis positioning milling was used to process flow path, “SWARF finishing” strategy, and the side edge of the tool was used for surface processing. It is proved that this program can improve the processing efficiency and quality effectively, reduce the processing time greatly.The research status of the integral impeller, the principle, features, operating procedures and core technology of the new technology program were introduced.
