Hydraulic damper dynamic test and control system were studied. The priciple and structure of tese control system were introduced with analysis. A test system scheme was proposed which combined of the lower and upper controllers. TMS320F2812 was as the lower computer control for AC servo motor to drive the hydraulic damper. Industrial control computer was as the upper controller to collect and monitor hydraulic damper dynamic data, and to use a zerophase filter for data processing. The results show that all of the dynamic testing indicators of hydraulic damper dynamic test rig meet the design requirements.
