Abstract:Based on the fact of the lack of biaxial text data,the cross shaped thin specimen biaxial fatigue test system was developed. In the system,the double channel load control technology was used, combining the transverse actuator and longitudinal actuator of the electrohydraulic servo controlled material testing machine INSTRON 1251,the cross shaped thin specimen biaxial fatigue test fixture was designed, the biaxial fatigue test requirements and data monitoring and recording function were accomplished. Test results indicate that the experimental design achieves reliable biaxial loading test, the experimental accuracy is high. It provides basic technical support for parts structure design and strength estimate.
