    摘要:

    针对当前BCM(Body Control Module)功能测试的现状,提出了集成车身控制模块BCM在线自动测试系统。该系统采用PC+PLC控制的方式,PLC主要负责生产线及针床机构的自动运行,使用MCGS触摸屏实现人机交互功能;PC机配以PCI1753E卡,利用外部接口电路实现电平转换,通过计算机编程能实现对BCM的有效功能和无效功能的测试。该系统能替代人工操作,具有测试速度快、效率高等特点。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the current status of Body Control Module (BCM) function test, the integrated Carbody control module BCM online automatic testing system with using the control mode of personal computer (PC) + porgrammable logic controller (PLC) was presented. The production line and the needle bar mechanism to run automatically were mainly completed by PLC, and the manmachine interaction (MMI) function was implemented through the MCGS configuration interface of touchscreen. Through level switch using the external interface circuit the effective function test and the invalid function test of BCM were realized through computer programming in the PC with a PCI1753E card installed. The system can replace manual operation, and has the advantages of high testing speed, high efficiency, and etc.
