    摘要:

    油液在线监测技术相比传统的离线检测具有实时性、同步性、连续性等优点,超声波具有良好的实时性、较高的空间分辨力、较强的油液穿透性,因此发展超声磨粒在线监测技术具有重要意义。本文基于超声散射原理,设计了一套油液磨粒在线监测系统,由工控机、超声波检测卡、超声波传感器、在线油温传感器、齿轮泵等部分组成,采用Delphi进行程序开发。并进行实装试验,结果表明,系统能够实时在线监测润滑油中的磨粒数量和大小。

    Abstract:

    As compared with traditional offline detection, online oil monitoring technology has the advantages of realtime, synchronization, continuity, and etc. Ultrasonic is of good realtime, high spatial resolution and strong penetration ability in oil, so the development of online ultrasonic wear debris monitoring technology is of great significance. A set of online oil wear debris monitoring system based on the principle of ultrasonic scattering was designed. The hardware system was consisted of ultrasonictesting card, industrial control computer (IPC), ultrasonic sensor, online oil temperature sensor, gear pump and other components. The program of the system was developed by Delphi. A lot of experiments were implemented on the equipment. The results show that the online monitoring system can monitor the number and size of oil wear debris perfectly in near realtime.
