    摘要:

    简述了回填犁的组成和功能,对回填犁各部件进行简要描述,分析回填犁调整机构作用和组成。调整机构主要通过液压缸的伸缩来执行前滑靴工作位姿的调整,因此建立了液压系统的原理图,并使两液压缸满足同步工作和回填时的保压;然后通过AMESim软件对液压系统进行建模仿真,通过给定电磁换向阀不同电流,分析了在回填负载加载时液压系统中液压缸的速度、位移、压力以及流量曲线,验证液压系统满足工作要求。

    Abstract:

    The composition and function of the backfill plough were described and the main parts of the backfill plough were introduced briefly, the functions and composition of the adjustment mechanism of the backfilling plough were analyzed. The forward slip boots work posture adjustment was performed through the telescopic hydraulic cylinder of the adjustment mechanism, thus the principle diagram of the hydraulic system was established, and the two hydraulic cylinders were made to meet the synchronization and holding pressure. Then through AMESim software, the hydraulic system model was built. The hydraulic cylinder displacement, velocity, pressure and flow curves were analyzed by given different current to the electromagnetic reversing valve, to verify whether the hydraulic system could meet the requirements of the working condition.
