    摘要:

    以绿色石质房屋建筑为背景,调研分析了石质房屋建筑结构及构件结构、分类、连接方式,并系统规划出了某种连接强度高且应用居多的榫槽类构件的自动化加工工艺;应用模块化设计技术,通过功能分析、运动分析,研发了燕尾榫槽成型加工专用设备,为提高绿色石质房屋建筑墙体构件的生产效率、减轻工人劳动强度等提出了一种解决方法。

    Abstract:

    With a green stone housing construction as the background, the investigation and analysis were carried out of the stone house building structure and component structure, classification, and connection mode. The system was planned of something automatic machining process of connection tenon groove type component of high intensity and the main application. In application of modular design technology, through the function analysis, motion analysis, research and development were made of dovetail tenon groove forming processing special equipment. In order to improve the green stone building wall component production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and so on, a solution was proposed.
