双定子泵对多输出齿轮马达传动特性的分析

    摘要:

    为了使定量泵输出多级定流量、不用减压阀实现一泵多压,定量马达实现多级定转速、转矩,设计了双定子泵和多输出齿轮马达,同时提出了双定子泵对多输出齿轮马达传动系统。在规定了元件的职能符号之后,分别以双作用双定子泵与13型多输出齿轮马达为例,分析了双定子泵和多输出齿轮马达在不同工作方式下的输出特性,得出了BA型多输出齿轮马达的工作方式、双定子泵输出流量和多输出齿轮马达输出转速、转矩的一般公式。同时,探讨了排量系数对输出特性的影响。结果表明:通过改变多泵、多马达的连接方式,实现了液压传动系统多级定转速、定转矩的输出,扩大了输出的范围,为新型液压传动系统的应用提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to make the fixeddisplacement pump output multiflows and work in different pressures without reducing valve and make the fixeddisplacement motor output multispeeds and torques, a novel doublestator pump and multiple output gear motor was designed, and the driving system of doublestator pump and multiple output gear motors was proposed. After determined the functional symbol of elements, by taking separately doubleacting doublestator pump and 13 type multiple output gear motors for example, the output characteristics of multipump and multimotor in different working conditions were analyzed, and different connections of BA multiple output gear motors, the common expressions of the output flow, output rotational speed and torque of doublestator pump and multimotor were calculated. At the same time, influence of discharge coefficient on output characteristics was discussed. The results show that multilevel fixed speed and torque can be gotten through changing the connections of multipump multimotor system, the range of export is expended, which has laid the foundation for the applications of the novel hydraulic system.
